Salmon Filet
Seared and Baked
Salmon Filet Cut into 2" Strips
1/2t Ground Fennel
1/2t Ground Coriander
1/2t Ground Cumin
2T Brown Sugar
Olive Oil
Mix Spices and coat both sides of Fish
Cover bottom of Cast Iron Skillet with Olive Oil
Heat until just starting to Smoke
Sear Fish Meat side first for 1 Min (should crust brown)
Flip to Skin Side and put into oven pre-heated to 360 for 4-6min
